1. Your credit card will be billed immediately upon the completion of this order. If your credit card is successfully billed, you will receive an email with your confirmation. The confirmation is for your records only, and is not required to check in. Please bring the credit card used to purchase tickets, as you will be required to present it along with a photo ID for verification. If the card does match the ID, and the card holder is not present to verify the charge, your reservation will be cancelled, and refunds will not be issued.
2. SPORT FISHING AND BOATING ACTIVITIES HAS CERTAIN RISKS AND DANGERS. THIS INCLUDES PHYSICAL CONDITION, WEATHER, FISHING EQUIPMENT OPERATION FAILURES, MARINE LIFE INTERACTIONS, AND OTHER ACTIONS RELATED TO THIS ACTIVITY THAT MAY CAUSE LOSS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY OR BODILY INJURY. YOU AND YOUR PARTY ACKNOWLEDGE AND WILL TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL RISKS INVOLVED, THAT YOU ARE CAPABLE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS ACTIVITY. YOU WILL HOLD HARMLESS AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY TO THE OPERATOR AND AFFILIATES/ASSOCIATES FOR SUCH INJURY OR DAMAGES.
3. Illegal drugs (including marijuana), firearms, or explosives of any kind are not allowed. We reserve the right to refuse passage to any person that appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Passengers are subject to being searched before boarding vessel.
4. Alcoholic beverages and ice chests with food or drink are not permitted unless specifically stated. NO GLASS BOTTLES.
5. Meal, gratuities, rod rental, & tackle, are not included unless otherwise stated. Due to possible increase in fuel prices, a fuel surcharge may be necessary.
6. Catching fish is NOT guaranteed. We do not issue rain checks for slow fishing.
7. We reserve the right to overbook our trips by one person to compensate for last minute cancellations. All boats are independently owned and operated. Long Beach Sportfishing assumes no risk to passengers while onboard vessels.
8. In the event of any trip changes or cancellations, you will receive an email or phone call from us to discuss booking options.
9. Cancellation policy: 7 DAYS NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN FOR ANY POSSIBLE REFUNDS. REFUNDS ARE GRANTED AT THE DISCRETION OF LBSF MANAGEMENT. SERVICE CHARGES MAY APPLY TO ANY REFUNDS GRANTED BY LBSF MANAGEMENT IN THE EVENT OF USER ERROR. NO SHOWS WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND!
